Signing up for a We Are Pixel8 Customer Support account will take less than 5 minutes and is 100% free! All you will need is your ThemeForest username, the ThemeForest Item ID, the ThemeForest Purchase Item Code and a valid email address.

How to retrieve your ThemeForest Item ID and Purchase Item Code:

1. Log into your ThemeForest account.
2. Click on the Downloads link to navigate to your purchases.
3. Locate any We Are Pixel8 theme you’ve purchased.
4. Click the License Purchase link. This will download a plain text file (.txt) to your local computer.
5. Open the downloaded file and locate the Item ID and Purchase Item Code. Copy and paste each into the appropriate fields below.
